For all exterior services no - provided our staff can access the area(s) required to complete your service, you can trust us to get the job done efficiently and professionally.
For services performed inside your home, we will need someone to be home for access purposes. Please ensure you are selecting a date/time that allows you to do so.

Some services, like lawn care, naturally require less attention in cooler months due to slower growth. We adjust the frequency of these services seasonally to match what your home actually needs. This flexibility is built into your plan from the start, so you're only paying for what's necessary throughout the year. We’ll always keep you updated on any changes.
Billing

Our maintenance plans operate on a subscription basis, meaning you'll be billed automatically to your preferred payment method.
Following the completion of your first service, we will process your first subscription payment. From then on, we will process payments on that same date monthly.

After telling us about your home and the services you require in your application, we’ll email you a personalised quote within 24 hours. Once approved, you will receive a link to your online customer portal where you can view and maintain your subscription maintenance plan.

You can cancel your HomeKeep subscription at any time—no lock-in contracts. Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled with no penalties, just let us know and we'll handle the rest.
For seasonal services like gutter cleaning or pressure washing, the cost is spread across your monthly subscription to keep things simple and predictable. If one of these services has already been completed before you cancel, we’ll charge the remaining balance for that particular service as part of your final payment.
