However, please note:
To avoid being charged for your next scheduled service, we require cancellation before your next monthly billing cycle as scheduling and resources are allocated upon payment.
You can easily pause, modify, or cancel your plan through your online customer portal or by contacting our team.

Every HomeKeep customer is allocated a Property Coordinator. This is your go-to contact for any support required. They will introduce themselves upon sign-up and will meet with you at your first service.

We currently service Sydney’s Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, and South West regions. As we grow, we're carefully expanding into new areas to help more households take the hassle out of home maintenance.
During sign-up, we’ll ask for your postcode. If you’re outside our current service areas, you can leave your details to be notified as soon as we launch in your area.

Utilising our network of trusted partners, we can assist with a range of services outside of our custom maintenance plan offering. Request a quote via our website and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

For all exterior services, no - provided our staff can access the area(s) required to complete your service, you can trust us to get the job done efficiently and professionally.
For services performed inside your home, we will need someone to be home for access purposes. Please ensure you are selecting a date/time that allows you to do so.

We work with both in-house and vetted experienced professionals who are fully insured and trained to deliver high-quality service. As we grow, we plan to bring all services in-house to provide even more cost-effective solutions.

Some services, like lawn care, naturally require less attention in cooler months due to slower growth. We adjust the frequency of these services seasonally to match what your home actually needs. This flexibility is built into your plan from the start, so you're only paying for what's necessary throughout the year. We’ll always keep you updated on any changes.
For any seasonal service HomeKeep takes the trouble out of having to book these services in. When you sign up, we automatically schedule these services at the appropriate time of the year, so you don’t have to.

To ensure we’re fully prepared and can allocate the right team for your home, your first service will be scheduled no sooner than seven (7) days after sign-up.
You’ll be able to choose your preferred service date and time in your customer portal upon sign up. This gives us just enough time to get everything ready for a smooth start.
Billing

Our maintenance plans operate on a subscription basis. This means you'll be billed automatically to your preferred payment method monthly from your sign up date.
We collect payment upfront before any services begin, ensuring everything is confirmed ahead of time. Rest assured, we offer a full refund in your first month for any service you are not completely satisfied with.

Your quote is built around your needs — no generic packages here. Once you select the services you want and tell us a bit about your home (like size, location, and how often you’d like us to visit), we use that information to generate a tailored quote instantly.
We combine real service rates with your inputs to ensure accurate, transparent pricing. All quotes are GST-inclusive and reflect your chosen frequency — so what you see is what you pay.

You can cancel your HomeKeep subscription at any time—no lock-in contracts. Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled 48 hours before a visit, just let us know and we'll handle the rest.
If we’ve already completed all your services for the month, your cancellation will take effect from the next month. You won’t be billed again after that.
If we haven’t started any services yet, you can request a full refund for the month.
If we’ve completed some (but not all) of your services, just reach out — we’ll issue a partial refund for the remaining portion of the month.
For seasonal services like gutter cleaning or pressure washing, the cost is spread across your monthly subscription to keep things simple and predictable. If one of these services has already been completed before you cancel, we’ll charge the remaining balance for that service as part of your final payment.
