This Service Coverage Policy outlines the home maintenance services provided by HomeKeep Pty Ltd ("HomeKeep"). This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and may be updated from time to time. Updates will take effect 30 days after publication unless required by law, in which case changes are effective immediately.
1. Overview
Your HomeKeep subscription includes a range of home maintenance services. Some services may require licensed specialists (e.g. plumbing or electrical work) and may attract an additional fee. There is no obligation to purchase these optional services.
2. Included Maintenance Services
The following home maintenance services are available as part of your HomeKeep subscription, delivered on a recurring schedule as selected in your plan:
Lawn care and gardening
Interior home cleaning
Bin cleaning
Pressure washing and soft washing
Gutter cleaning
Window cleaning
Pest control
Service frequency and coverage may vary based on your location and chosen plan. All services are delivered by vetted professionals managed or subcontracted by HomeKeep.
3. One-Off Services
In addition to your ongoing subscription services, you may request one-off services as needed. These can be booked through the HomeKeep platform and may incur additional fees based on scope and materials.
Available one-off services include:
Interior deep cleaning
Pre-sale or end-of-lease cleaning
Council pickup assistance
General plumbing
General electrical work
These services are subject to availability and may require quotes prior to approval.
4. Customer Support
Support is available 24/7 via the HomeKeep platform, with responses expected within one business day. For emergencies, contact our support line directly. Non-urgent service requests outside standard hours may incur additional charges.
